RESPIRATORY INFECTION CONTROL POLICIES

INFECTION CONTROL PROCEDURES FOR PATIENTS

For the enhanced safety of all, please comply with the following procedures:

Self screening: Cancel your appointment and stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or other respiratory infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste or smell).

COVID-19 exposure: Cancel your appointment if you know that you have been exposed to anyone infected with COVID-19 in the past 5 days. Test for COVID after 5 days. Cancel your appointment if you test positive.

Masking: Masks are optional but encouraged at this clinic.

Reduce traffic in the rather small waiting area by coming on time to your appointment, no more than five to ten minutes early. If you are earlier, please wait in your car or outside the building.

If someone accompanies you to your appointment, we ask that they wait in the car and not in the waiting area.
